Kevin Andrew L. Tan

Kevin L. Tan is the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Global Group, Inc. (AGI), one of the Philippines’ most diversified conglomerates with interests in food and beverage industry, gaming and entertainment, tourism and hospitality, real estate development and quick service restaurants.

Tan also holds directorships in AGI companies including Emperador Inc., Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI), Empire East Land Holdings Inc. (EELHI), Golden Arches Development Corporation(GADC) the holder of the master franchise of McDonald’s Philippines, Resorts World Manila and Megaworld Corporation.

Tan is in charge of the company’s strategic planning and overall direction, overseeing the company’s financial operations, investments and acquisitions, while representing the company in various public and private functions.

 Chairman of the Board, Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc.

Tan is the executive leader of the board of the directors of AGI’s hospitality and tourism arm, which currently holds the distinction as the biggest hotel operator in the Philippines with over 6,900 room keys and a portfolio consisting of premier international hotel brands.

Chief Strategy Officer, Megaworld Corporation

Tan is in charge of the company’s corporate strategies, business development, expansion and new opportunities, and investor and stakeholder relations. He leads the development of company strategies on innovation and technology, the conceptualization of design strategies and infusion of new trends into the company’s 28 townships across the country.

Executive Director, Emperador Distilleries, Inc. 

Tan acts as consultant for Emperador Distilleries, the world’s largest brandy producer and the largest liquor company in the Philippines. He has led the company’s overseas expansion and landmark acquisitions of foreign liquor brands including Whyte & Mackay and Bodegas Fundador Pedro Domecq.

President, MREIT, Inc.

Tan serves as the President of MREIT, Inc. a wholly-owned company by Megaworld Corporation designated to operate as a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). With a vision of becoming Southeast Asia’s biggest office REIT, MREIT has launched the Philippines’ largest REIT offering with a portfolio covering prime office spaces and commercial properties located inside Megaworld leading townships. 

President, Agile Digital Ventures

Tan serves as the President of Agile Digital Ventures, Inc., Megaworld’s newly formed investment arm, which spearheads the company’s investments and ventures into digital innovations and technology. The company engages in investing and building technology start-ups involved in food, retail and hospitality industries. Tan co-founded PICK.A.ROO, an on-demand premium lifestyle delivery app and Agile’s first start-up investment. 

President, Infracorp

Tan is also the President of Infracorp, AGI’s infrastructure arm, dedicated to complement the infrastructure projects of the national government while providing Filipinos added convenience and access AGI’s real estate and tourism projects.

Tan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, major in management, from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
